Iron Country Sheds

Delivery & Installation

How your Iron Country building gets from manufacture to your site — and what happens after delivery.

Kit Delivery

Iron Country sheds are manufactured as kit sets and delivered to your site. Components are ordered from their respective suppliers and delivered to your site. In many cases components arrive as a coordinated delivery; in others they may arrive separately from different suppliers. Exact delivery arrangements are confirmed in the quotation.

Delivery options and costs vary by location and building size. Delivery to remote or difficult access sites may incur additional costs or require special arrangements. Discuss your site access with us during the quotation process.

A clear receiving area and site access suitable for delivery trucks is required. If site access is limited, advise us early so we can plan accordingly.

Installation

Iron Country supplies the engineered steel building kit only. We do not provide building or construction services. You have three options for installation:

Owner-Builder

Kit sheds are designed for assembly. All components are accurately detailed and engineering documentation is provided. Owner-builder permits and licensing requirements vary by state and territory.

Your Own Builder

Engage a local builder to install the kit. We provide the engineering documentation they need.

HiTen Network Referral

Ask us to recommend an independent installer near you from the HiTen network of 100+ shed builders across Australia. Installers contract directly with you. Iron Country does not coordinate, manage or mark up installer services.

Site Preparation

Site preparation — including concrete slabs, footings and earthworks — is typically managed by the owner or their contractor before delivery. Footing specifications are included in engineering documentation.

  • →Concrete slab or engineered footing required for most sheds
  • →Site to be level and clear before frame assembly begins
  • →Access track to site recommended for delivery vehicles
  • →Power connection managed by owner if required

Important: Exact delivery options, timelines and installer availability vary by location and project. All details are confirmed as part of the quotation process. Contact us to discuss your specific site.
