Iron Country Sheds
Online Shed Designer

Design Your Shed Online

Start with your idea and build it step by step. Customise dimensions, roof style, colours, doors, windows, awnings and accessories — then submit your design for a site-specific quotation.

The online designer is an initial design tool. Your submission is reviewed by our team before a site-specific price and engineering document is prepared.

See the Designer in Action

Watch how easy it is to size, customise and submit a shed design — dimensions, doors, colours, mezzanines and more, all in 3D.

Open Designer

The designer opens in a new tab. When your design is ready, submit it for a site-specific quotation.

After you submit your design

  1. 1

We review your design and site

Your design and project address tell us what the building has to cope with.

  2. 2

    We prepare engineering and pricing

Site-specific engineering and a detailed price for your building.

  3. 3

    You receive your quotation

Read it through and ask us anything. There is no obligation to proceed.

  4. 4

    You approve and we manufacture

Once you approve, your kit goes into manufacture and is arranged for delivery.

How the Designer Works

Eight steps from blank canvas to submitted design. The whole process takes a few minutes.

01

Enter Your Location

Start with your project address or postcode. Location affects wind, soil and council requirements — your building needs to be engineered for your specific site.

02

Select a Building Type

Choose from garages, farm sheds, commercial sheds, clear-span sheds, hot-rolled structures and more.

03

Set Dimensions and Roof Style

Enter width, length and height. Select gable or skillion roof configurations to suit the project.

04

Add Bays, Doors and Windows

Configure bay spacing, roller doors, sliding doors, personal-access doors, windows and ventilation openings.

05

Choose Colours and Cladding

Select from COLORBOND® colour options for roof, walls and trim. Choose between sheeting profiles to suit the look and application.

06

Add Lean-Tos, Awnings and Extras

Attach lean-tos, verandahs, awnings, mezzanine floors and accessories to complete the design.

07

Submit Your Design

Review the summary and submit your design with your contact details and site address.

08

Receive a Site-Specific Quotation

We review your design and site requirements. A site-specific quotation is prepared and sent to you.

Important: The online design is an initial concept only. It is not a final engineering document, a building approval or a binding price. Pricing is subject to site conditions, delivery location, wind and soil requirements, council requirements and final specifications. Site-specific engineering is completed after design review.
